TrendyThings 堅持只售賣正品正貨，而所有商品均經過嚴格的檢查及認證才會出售。

你們的貨品好像比其他店舖多瑕疵？
所有手錶經過佩戴後，都一定有使用痕跡，而我們的產品很多都超過數十年歷史，少不免會有一些痕跡。而我們堅持用微距拍攝，選擇將手錶的「傷痕」盡量放大，是為了顧客作預期管理。一般實物真實狀態會比照片良好。

如何保養你的手錶？
為確保手錶嘅壽命可以無限延長，建議3-5年就需要找專業的鐘錶師父保養，而若是不常配戴的機械錶，則要記得固定上鍊；另外石英錶就要注意更換電池，不常戴的錶則要記得把電池拿出。

受磁該怎麼辦？
機械錶除了最怕碰撞之外，受磁算是一般而言較常見的問題，「受磁」指的是腕錶零件受到磁力作用的影響，進而造成走時精準度的問題，只需要找到專業可信賴的鐘錶維修單位與師傅進行消磁即可。

受潮該怎麼辦？
機械錶也要避免接觸高溫與太過潮濕的環境。若是你的腕錶是防水或潛水腕錶，記得下水前檢查錶冠有無鎖緊，如果到海邊玩、接觸到鹽水之後，可以用少量的清水稍微沖洗一下。如果真的不小心發生受潮問題，請第一時間聯繫專業錶店與維修師傅盡快處理，避免內部零件生鏽。

手錶該怎麼清潔？
針對搭配皮質錶帶的腕錶，建議以絨布輕輕擦拭即可；而陶瓷、鏈帶與橡膠腕錶則建議以中性清潔劑清潔，想加強效果則可搭配軟毛牙刷清潔後再以軟布擦拭。

DIY更換錶帶？
自行更換錶帶其實一點都不難，在網上有很多教學，只要配合一些小工具就能輕鬆辦到。而我們亦會為客人提供更換錶帶服務，詳情向店員查詢。

Do your products have more flaws than other stores?
All watches will have usage marks after being worn, and many of our products are over decades old, so some marks are inevitable. We insist on using macro photography to enlarge the "scratches" of the watch as much as possible, to manage customer expectations. Generally, the actual condition of the item will be better than the photo.

How to maintain your watch?
To ensure the longevity of the watch, it is recommended to have it serviced by a professional watchmaker every 3-5 years. If it is an infrequently worn mechanical watch, remember to wind it regularly. Also, for quartz watches, attention should be paid to battery replacement, and for infrequently worn watches, remember to remove the battery.

What to do if the watch becomes magnetized?
Apart from being most afraid of collisions, magnetization is a more common problem for mechanical watches. "Magnetization" refers to the effect of magnetic force on the watch parts, which can cause accuracy problems. Just find a professional and trustworthy watch repair unit and master to demagnetize it.

What to do if the watch gets wet?
Mechanical watches should also avoid high temperatures and excessively humid environments. If your watch is a waterproof or diving watch, remember to check whether the crown is locked before going into the water. If you go to the beach or come into contact with saltwater, you can rinse it with a small amount of clean water. If it is accidentally wet, please contact a professional watch store and repair master as soon as possible to prevent internal rust.

How to clean the watch?
For watches with leather straps, it is recommended to wipe gently with a suede cloth. For ceramic, metal, and rubber watches, it is recommended to clean with neutral detergent. If you want to strengthen the effect, you can use a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean and then wipe with a soft cloth.
